The project consists of a complete renovation of an existing office space for the Korea Advanced Institute of Science & Technology (KAIST) program at the existing 53,800 gross square feet KOTRA building. The new renovated space will house several academic programs and offices as well as KAIST US Holdings including facilities for their education and research center. It will be approximately 2,900 gross square feet in size, with a single-story structure and will be renovated with a new layout, new finishes and furnishings. The project site is located off of the First Street, on the northwest portion of the City of San Jose.
